HR Business Partner
Location: Gdańsk
Job description
- Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring its coordination, organization, and execution.
- Provide assistance in formulating and executing strategies to motivate, engage, and retain team members.
- Administer benefits and other motivational programs for company team members to enhance retention.
- Aid in planning and executing motivational activities and events for company team members.
- Coordinate, conduct, and analyze feedback from exit interviews to glean valuable insights.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries from team members. Offer support and guidance to team managers and employees regarding company policies and HR best practices.
- Participate in and support the performance review process.
- Nurture positive relationships with stakeholders at the site.
- Contribute to international or local HR plans, initiatives, or projects as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
- Educate team members and managers on Workday processes.
- Provide HR-related support to managers.
Requirements
- Proficient in both Polish and English languages with strong communication abilities.
- More than two years of experience in HR within a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Possess a highly empathetic and approachable demeanor, fostering open communication.
- Thrive as a team player, adept at time management, and remain effective under pressure.
- Skilled in handling confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Capable of working autonomously while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated organizational prowess with acute attention to detail.
- Exhibit a knack for thinking creatively and finding solutions beyond conventional approaches.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, or related fields would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Workday software is advantageous.
