HR Data Team Coordinator
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Goal:The HRMS Data Coordinator manages the workload of the HRMS Warsaw based Support Team (HR Data Analysts). Assists in prioritizing and reporting out on progress of all processes & projects. The role is a member of the HRMS team and will partner with Subject Matter Experts, HR Business Partners, and global HR & HRIT roles.
Responsibilities:
- Build network with Subject Matter Expert roles and HR Community to support business needs.
- Streamline the support and guidance to HR in their daily use of HR Applications (Peoplesoft, Brass Ring, OPR 2.0...)
- Support HR with PeopleSoft maintenance, data resolution and issue mitigation
- Drive the importance of high data quality ensuring high level of HR data is maintained for critical projects.
- Build / track HR compliance requirements providing data within timeframe requested.
- Upgrade / maintain standard user operating procedures related to all processes
- Create reports, develop dashboards for regular reporting & data analytics
- Make recommendations on system process changes to improve effectiveness
- Participate in the HR Data requirements (define, collect and update PeopleSoft) for the European Payroll Implementation Project
- Participate in developing data mapping and data conversion plans; writing query reports and implementing test plans as directed
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing supporting local HR resources
- Continuous education and development of HRMS team
Requirements:
- English language – strong level spoken and written
- Team management experience – coaching, mentoring
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures and HRIS systems preferably PeopleSoft HR
- Ability to process highly sensitive data with the greatest degree of confidentiality
- Experience with data analysis utilizing large volumes of data; extract and manipulate data presenting findings to non-technical users
- Results-oriented, accurate & well-organized
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills
