For our Client, a big international corporation, we are looking currently for a Candidates who are interested in the position of:

HR Delivery Team Leader
Kraków

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Significant experience in HR shared service center supporting multiple countries/ business units
  • Proven experience in leading HR Admin team in SSC/BPO environment
  • Experience in working in HR Admin & Payroll area
  • Highly developed leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer minded,
  • Very good Customer Service skills and Strong customer driven focus
  • Strong Ms. Office skills, in particular Ms. Excel: formulas, pivot tables, data presentation tools
  • At least 3 years’ relevant work experience, ideally in the pet industry. Experience working in an e-Commerce/mail-order environment an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language (knowledge of Swedish/German/French would be an asset)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing HR Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Mobility and Payroll operations
  • Deliver a quality and professional service to internal customers/ Business Areas
  • Manage a team of HR Specialists to ensure the team meets its objectives
  • Provide role model for team members and coach and develop individuals to ensure they reach their maximum potential
  • Support and cooperate with Project Implementation team during migration and transition of HR processes to SSC
  • Being point of contact and escalations from HR Operations or HRBPs
  • Implement of system and process changes, playing a key role in continuous improvements projects, lead lean activities
  • Monitor escalation of queries to improve level of services
  • Motivate and support development plan for the team
  • Take active part in building new Shared Services Center
