HR Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership of the HR department in a big company
- Personnel administration (employment contracts, references, training, …)
- Collaboration with employment agencies and personnel leasing firms
- Responsibility for budgeting and personnel costs and their control
- Strategic personnel planning
- Production of personnel statistics
- The effective use of or new introduction of electronic data processing programs for individual task areas
- Verification management of personnel documents
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed degree in personnel management, business management or law or similar training in personnel management
- Several years of leadership responsibility for several different organisational units
- Several years professional experience in personnel management
- Outstanding analytical thinking and the ability to manage complex units
- Very good communication skills in combination with assertiveness and decisiveness
- Business fluency in English
