On behalf of our Client, an international company and leader in its sector, we are looking to recruit a HR Manager (temporary replacement contract).
Working in this position you will manage the recruitment process for all positions in the Contact Centre, provide support to the line managers in the areas of employee relations, leadership development, performance management and training and legislative requirements, in line with QR procedures.
Your main focus will be the delivery of planned manpower resources and policy implementation whilst effectively supporting the employee development process, the establishment of an employment framework and policies which are fully compliant with Polish labour legislation and to regularly assess employment conditions in consultation with legal representation.
Our Client is looking for a person with at least of 5 years HR experience, preferably in a Contact Centre environment and a comprehensive understanding of Polish labour legislation. Fluency in English is a must. The successful candidate will have a proven ability of handling performance management processes and other HR projects, excellent communication skills with strong executive presence, excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach, with an ability to influence at all levels. The right Candidate must be skilled in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
