Our Client, an international IT company is seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join its team of professionals as a HR Manager.

With full responsibility for the HR function, the Candidate will be engaged in recruitment and selection process as well as training & development activities, which would enhance the development of the whole organization. The person working on this position will be responsible for working with Managers to understand future requirements and act upon them. Therefore very important would be the perfect understanding of business context, issues and challenges and providing specific advice to Managers, coaching them and supporting in their role on people-related processes.

A successful applicant has at least 3 years of experience on managerial position in a technology company. Our Client is seeking a skilled professional with high interpersonal skills and knowledge about motivating techniques. Understanding of local IT market, labour law and experience in IT recruitment processes is needed. At least good English is required.
