For our Client, global brand in tourism industry, who is currently opening new Contact Centre in Cracow, we are looking for experienced professionals to join this exciting start-up
The purpose of the role is to implement Human Resource strategies into new organization, provide staff management and development support to the Operations Manager and department heads and ensure that all employees reach their potential and succeed in their role.
While working on this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of HR area in the organization including recruitment & retention – (developing appropriate HR policies to manage recruitment and retention, developing an Induction program for new joiners); talent development and performance management; compensation & benefits (preparation of annual staff budgets, ensuring compliance with global remunerations strategy); employee relations; providing HR advise to business managers, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Successful Candidates should hold approximately 4 years in HR management or similar role and a relevant university degree. Excellent English is required. We are looking for experienced leaders, able to assess staff’s potential and motivate them to develop it.
