HR Reporting Coordinator

Rensponsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day reporting support to business stakeholders across Arla Foods,
  • Support monthly update of existing reporting portfolio,
  • Develop new dashboards and reports in accordance with business needs,
  • Uphold high data quality and security around all reporting and access rights,
  • Write documentation of reporting processes,
  • Contribute to building HR Reporting excellence,
  • Help drive the People Analytics journey,
  • Participate in projects across Arla,
  • Interact with key customers / Stakeholders,
  • Collect and contribute with Process Improvement suggestions.
