Wyszukiwanie kandydatów z obszaru IT w dostępnych źródłach
Przygotowywanie ogłoszeń rekrutacyjnych
Selekcję nadchodzących aplikacji
Preselekcję kandydatów w rozmowie telefonicznej (głównie obcokrajowców)
Udział w tworzeniu materiałów i narzędzi rekrutacyjnych
Raportowanie swoich działań
Wymagania wobec Kandydata:
Doświadczenie w branży rekrutacyjnej
Komunikatywność, otwartość, kreatywność
Umiejętność pracy w zespole
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego lub francuskiego będzie atutem
