Our client is an international corporation with world-wide presence and they are currently developing an HR Shared Services Center in Warsaw to support part of the EMEA region. We are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Head for this operation in Poland. The successful candidate will ensure the further growth of the center, the smooth transition of new HR processes from various countries and the daily functioning of the processes covered by the center (focus on HR administration and payroll). The role will report into the Regional Head of HR Shared Services for EMEA.
- Provide day-to-day services in the areas of HR administration to countries in the EMEA region including managing HR call center operations and payroll - Take responsibility for the overall performance of the center in line with agreed SLAs - Further grow the center to cover new geographies within EMEA and new HR processes in the future - Lead and support the team including recruitment, training, development, building career paths and recognition and reward programs for the employees (up to 50 people) - Cooperate with local HR teams and senior management in countries across the region
- Educated to university degree level - Minimum of 10 years of experience in an HR support environment is essential - Experience in setting up and/or managing an international HR shared services function - Proven track-record in leading and developing effective teams - Expertise in at least one of the following functional areas: payroll, employment law & policy, HR advisory - Fluency in English is a must
