For our Client - an international company and producer of renewable raw materials - we are looking for candidates to HR Department.
HR Specialist with French

Requirements:
- You have 1 year of professional experience in the international environment
- You have a drive for Human Resources
- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field of study
- You speak fluent French and excellent English (level B2/ C1). The ability to work also in a third language (for example Finnish, Russian, German) is considered an asset
- You are comfortable working with software and different systems: strong Excel skills are an advantage
- You have strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Support the local company's units in France in various administrative tasks related to recruitment, reporting, training or the employment life-cycle. Your working language will be primarily French
- Provide advice to employees or managers related to HR processes, policies and questions
- Ensure HR data quality in our HR systems
- Run the HR data reports
- Co-operate with HR business partners at UPM’s mills and office sites
- Participate in additional HR projects and initiatives
