For our Client, an international company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for experienced Candidates with German on the position of:
HR Specialist
The HR Specialist will be member of the Krakow HR Shared Service team providing high quality day-to-day service in the area of Human Resources. HR Specialist will provide support in multiple areas of HR administration for Company employees located in several countries.
The Successful Candidate will be responsible for providing expertise advice to employees in any HR related queries, preparing all kinds of HR documentation and files, maintaining high quality data processed in HR systems (SAP HR), providing reports to the Client within the scope of responsibilities, assisting in recruitment processes, coordination &monitoring training and development activities, reacting to the Client requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Ideal Candidate has at least 1 year of professional experience, preferable in HR outsourcing, Service Centre, Finance or in similar role, has minimum Bachelor degree, speaks excellent German and fluent English, has strong communication skills and systematic approach. Is a team worker and demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, has strong detail orientation and accuracy.
