HR Specialist
Location: Kraków
Job description
- Running recruitment processes within the IT profiles
- Communicate directly with hiring managers, technical recruiters and candidates to optimize recruiting process on the basis of constructive feedback
- Proactive sourcing the right candidates through all available online and offline channels
- Full recruitment scope: create & post job-ads, CV selection, face to face interviews, job offering
- Direct search – identify potential candidates using social media
- Cooperation with external partners (colleges, university career centers, recruitment agencies)
- Participate in job-fairs and employer branding activities
- Onboarding of new employees
- Providing general administrative support as required
Requirements
- Experience of recruiting, preferably in IT industry
- Networking and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English
- Creativity and ability to work independently
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive energy, dedication
