HR Specialist
Twoje zadania:
kompleksowe prowadzenie masowych procesów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska konsultantów telefonicznych dla spółek CCIG Group,
prowadzenie wewnętrznych rekrutacji na stanowiska managerskie i sukcesorskie wewnątrz firmy w ramach ścieżek karier,
kreowanie i realizacja strategii komunikacji rekrutacyjnej na rynku lokalnym, w tym m.in. opracowywanie treści ogłoszeń, dobór narzędzi rekrutacyjnych, ustalanie zasięgu i częstotliwości dotarcia etc.,
raportowanie wyników realizacji zadań wg ustalonych wskaźników oraz analiza prowadzonych działań,
współpraca z lokalnymi dostawcami i instytucjami w zakresie realizacji działań rekrutacyjnych,
prowadzenie raportów dot. wskaźników HR (wskaźnik obłożenia, rotacja, spływ)
Nasze oczekiwania:
wykształcenie wyższe lub w trakcie studiów,
doświadczenie w pracy na podobnych lub pokrewnych stanowiskach w Dziale HR lub w agencjach pracy tymczasowej min. pół roku,
wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne, umiejętność współpracy w grupie,
zaangażowanie i bardzo dobra organizacja pracy,
silna koncentracja na zadania.
