HR Support with French

For our Client, international business center located in Kraków, we are looking for Candidates on the position of HR Support.

On this position you will be mainly responsible for supporting HR People Administration processes as: personnel hiring, employment continuity, promotion, terminations, personnel affairs, leaves. It will include production of documents to employees (contracts, letters), data entries in HR systems and contact with French speaking employees (mainly by e-mail). You will be also responsible for updating Payroll and Time Management systems in processes such as: overtime settlement, employee benefits management etc.

We are looking for Candidates with good command of French (min. B2 level) and English (min. B1 level). Very good organizational and interpersonal skills will be also needed on this position. Former experience or HR education is not required but it will of course an asset.
