An integrated team of local HR services specialists managing the HR country operation scope as defined in the HR Service and Compliance Catalogue. This mainly includes the management of activities which derive from compliance and regulatory requirements which any CEE Cisco entity has to act in accordance with. Local HR services is delivered by a virtual team located at critical CEE Cisco sites and firmly integrated and aligned with existing shared services teams residing within the Employee Experience pillar and/or HR such as the HR Support Tier 1&2, global staffing administration, global mobility, Finance, Payroll, ER Delivery, HR Projects and others.
• Acting as a Tier 1&2 of support for HR requests from CEE region
• Handling with HR incidents and escalations
• Caring about onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administrating personnel file documentation
• Providing data support
• Preapring reports for global stakeholders
• Maintaining contact with external vendors
• Analyzes and Interprets Data
• Demonstrates critical thinking, sound judgement and a pragmatic approach to decision making
• Fluency in English as the main requirement
• University degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or similar
• Knowledge of principles and practices in HR administration
