Your new role
In your new role, you're be in charge in leading the HR System Support team to deliver services on the sufficient efficiency and quality level,manage the responsibilities according to the service levels agreements and support the head of HR SSC in providing knowledge, progression and market trends in the field of HR Shared Services. We expect you to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of process and working routines.
When it comes to personal competencies, you'll need to have the ability to effectively lead, manage, train and coach the team, be proactive and build good relationships to the SSC business partners and other stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you'll need to have 3 years of experience in leading a team and 3 years experience in PA/PY processes or SCC/BPO environment. We're looking for advanced knowledge of SAP HR environment and passion for understanding and exceeding customer's expectations. Your English must be advanced and you will also need the ability of building relationships and interact with different target groups.
