The role requires:
- In depth Functional knowledge of HR Information Systems (SuccessFactors and SAP HCM would be an asset)
- Capable of adapting to various cultures and departments
- Documentation of processes and issue resolution
- Experience of working in a Shared Service Support environment
- International/multicultural exposure
- HR Background and affinity with IT Systems
- High proficiency in English
Scope:
- Efficient Support for HR Systems users
- Trouble shooting complicated issues
- Basic system configuration and modification
- Alpha/Beta-Testing systems and processes
- Ensure data confidentiality and integrity
- Ensure normal flow of HRIS Processes
- Provide assistance with HR Reports
- Be the liaison between the various IT teams and HR Systems Users
- First point of contact for SAP Consultants for HR matters
- Cooperate with and provide input for the continuous improvement process
- Where required perform other department related tasks
