On behalf of our Client, an international insurance company based in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the role of HR Systems Consultant.
As HR Systems Consultant you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Client’s global and market specific HR Systems through working with customers in both the business line and HR on strategic projects and small enhancements/upgrades. In addition, you will act as an HR Systems Subject Matter Expert in order to provide support and advice to HR colleagues.
We are looking for an IT-literate person who has in-depth knowledge of Workday System or entire downstream systems (e.g. Cornerstone, Oracle, TopDesk) and broad understanding of all primary HR processes, who has experience in system configuration, as well as analyzing business requirements and developing system solutions. Excellent communication skills are mandatory (English min. C1), especially the ability to effectively communicate technical process/system issues to a nontechnical audience. Given the truly international nature of the organization, you will be directly exposed to stakeholders based in UK and cooperating with global teams.
