Your new company
For our client, a newly opened HR Shared Service Centre in Poznań, we are currently looking for candidates for an HR Team Leader position with fluent English and French.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring quality customer service to clients. As a Team Leader you will lead your team members who are a first point of contact support to incoming cases. Furthermore, you’ll contribute to the design of case management process and provide training for team members. You will create and maintain a high-quality work environment so that team members are motivated to perform at their highest level. Another part of your duties will entail assisting the Manager with daily operation of the Centre.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in Business, HR or a related field. You should have 5+ years of experience in areas mentioned and 2+ years in managing people. Fluent English and French are essential.
