Miejsce pracy: Sopot
Osoba aplikująca będzie członkiem zespołu zajmującego się rekrutacją marynarzy na statki SMT Shipping oraz obsługą zatrudnionych marynarzy w zakresie HR.
Do podstawowych obowiązków należeć będą:
Sprawdzanie zapotrzebowania firmy na określone stanowiska marynarskie
Poszukiwanie kandydatów na rynku polskim oraz wśród marynarzy zagranicznych
Przeprowadzanie interview z kandydatami i wstępna weryfikacja ich przydatności
Sprawdzanie opinii marynarzy i podejmowanie związanych z tym decyzji
Przeprowadzanie rozmaitych ankiet dotyczących warunków pracy i życia na statkach. Rozpatrywanie ewentualnych skarg
Przygotowywanie treningów marynarzy w zależności od potrzeb
Rozwiązywanie rozmaitych konfliktów personalnych, wspieranie marynarzy w rozmaitych wypadkach losowych.
Wymagania:
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (praca w międzynarodowym środowisku)
Znajomość stanowisk marynarskich i wymagań dotyczących ich certyfikatów.
Wykształcenie o profilu morskim oraz znajomość konwencji STCW będzie atutem
Znajomość obsługi komputera (Microsoft Office) i rzetelność we wprowadzaniu danych do programu
Odporność na stres (praca pod presją czasu)
