We are growing and constantly expanding the Capability Network Team in Warsaw. We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Human Resources Transformation professionals.
HR Systems are quickly evolving, with several players investing in Cloud and Digital solutions to be offered as a service (SaaS). These new solutions are introducing different approaches for business requirements collection, process redesign and system implementation.

Job Description:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
- Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
- Willing to travel min. 60% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Relevant experience in successful delivery of HCM Systems implementation (SaaS, SAP HCM e.g. Successfactors or Oracle e.g. PeopleSoft, Taleo, other) with the functional and/or technical expertise with strong focus on the project management, training, especially change management
- Team management and project delivery experience required
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) required
- Good level of the other foreign EU language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish will be strong asset
