Your profile
You will hold a Master's Degree or equivalent within a relevant discipline.
You will have experience with HSE issues and with utilities and regulator liaison activities. It will be beneficial if you have extensive experience with operations of wind farms in Poland. It is essential that you are able to draw upon a wide net of professional contacts in the energy sector in Poland.
You will speak and write both Polish and English fluently. Furthermore, you will have a high level of integrity, strong negotiation and communication skills as you will liaise frequently with many stakeholders, including your colleagues in our Danish organisation.
It is essential that you have an entrepreneurial approach to your work combined with the ability to seek solutions to challenges as you will be part of a new team developing our wind activities in Poland. Additionally, you will have the ability to work both independently and together with your business partners.
