HTML 5 /JavaScript/Java Team Lead

Responsibilites
- Working with back-end/front-end developers, business analysts and project managers to deliver responsive and reliable GUIs envrionment with a modern design
- Working with a QA team to ensure high quality deliverables
- Unit/Integration Testing and helping with the deployment of UI related functionality
- Supports requirements engineers and testers by resolving functional as well as technical issues that come up during the testing phase
- Works closely with the domain architect, the solution architect, the technical application owner and other software engineers
Requirements
Essential Skills Needed:
- Expert in the MEAN technical stack: Angular.js / HTML 5
- Advanced knowledge other frameworks such as Bootstrap and Grunt
- Advanced knowledge of JS unit testing frameworks
- Core Java developer experience
- Knowledge and understanding of current best practices in Java development
- Demonstrable experience of good OO design and programming
- Experience with all phases of the systems development lifecycle
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Oracle Coherence and Sybase would be advantageous
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Polish
Desirable Skills :
- Experience in Semantic Search and Big Data Analytics
- User interface development experience.
- Experience of working within an Agile development environment
- Experience in financial business world (data & process knowledge)
- Ability to develop relationships (customer / business / IT)
- Flexible, proactive and self-motivated
- Delivery oriented
- Strong team player and ability to work in international and heterogeneous team
