In connection with the intensive development of Volvo IT in Poland, we are looking for qualified people who are ready to work in the interest of international projects as: IBMi (iSeries/AS400) Programmer.
Volvo IT currently employs more than 700 people in Wroclaw. We recruit in connection with the development of an existing team, we are looking for a person who has knowledge of IBMi (AS/400, iSeries) as well as is able to share their skills and is ready for challenges at work.
- Creating a new system functionality according to customer requirements
- Maintenance of existing applications on the IBMi platform
- Participation in implementation projects
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related
- Knowledge of IBMi (RPG, ILE RPG, CL) technologies
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Excellent English skills
- Strong communication skills and self – reliance
- Knowledge of Java SE or object-oriented programming experience.
- Several years of experience in large applications developing and maintaining and/or programming experience
