iCCM Poland Delivery Manager

Main accountabilities
- Responsible for vision, strategy, iCCM financial results, business development activities (as per sales targets), client relationship management
- Responsible for management and development of team of contract management professional (+30)
- Responsible for recruitment strategy and actitivies of contract management professionals
- Responsible for training strategy and training programmes for iCCM team in Poland
- Responsible for development, delivery and growth of the contract and commercial management services delivered by iCCM team
- Responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving KPIs and SLA for iCCM team in Poland
- Responsible for building, maintaining and developing relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for cooperation with Tech Team to find solutions and industrialize contract management processes
- Support in creation of best in class Contract and Commercial Management Global Process Model (templates, processes, scope of services)
- Participation in internal stakeholders meetings teams/projects and developing iCCM service
- Leading global teams or projects
Candidate’s profile
- People management expertise
- An indepth understanding of typical terms and obligations found in outsourcing contracts would be a plus
- An indepth understanding of contract management would be a plus
- Excellent attention to detail.
