Implementation Analyst

Are you technically interested with focus on customer satisfaction?
As an Implementation Analyst you will focus on technical integrations of our customer’s business document flow with our eProcurement and B2B transaction platform. You will act as a project manager and you will be responsible for testing and setting up new integrations according to the agreed time plans. The role also includes some pre-sales activities and issue resolution of current connections to some extent.
Our team consists of 16 motivated and skilled persons that focus on our supplier network with supplier related services such as supplier activations, supplier integrations, catalogue improvement projects and ad-hoc requests related to on-going operations.

• You have technical experience with basic skills within most of the following areas: Experience
• with WebMethods or other integration platforms is of advantage
• Network protocols, TCP/IP, http, SSL
• Web services and/or web applications
• XML and XML schemas (SOAP, xCBL, UBL etc.)
• Experience of project management is meriting

• Fluency in German and English is a must
