Job description:
- Continuous management of change activities
- Recurring communication to business explaining and advertising new functionalities
- Preparation and distribution of release notes in accordance with development activities
- Delivering solution specific remote or onsite trainings related to new or updated functionalities
- Establishing and maintaining end user manuals where applicable
- Drive user adoption of delivered solutions by explaining and advocating new opportunities that are made available to key and power users
- Provide end user feedback to team and participate in improvement activities
- Participate and contribute to internal process improvement activities
- Continuous focus on improving implementation processes and documentation quality
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience working in a globally distributed team in a similar position
- Fluent English
- Project management skills , preferably within IT and business area
- Strong communication skills and business awareness across different cultures
- Experience in mentoring
Nice to have:
Fluency in German
Knowledge of Sharepoint 2013, Drupal CMS and SaaS solutions
Knowledge on application development processes including ITIL
