For our client is international production company we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Improvement Manager Europe.

Improvement Manager Europe will be responsible for transformation of European Manufacturing Operations and deployment of the Company Production System in order to improve the 4 European facilities (cooperation with Factory Management and projects team).

Improvement Manager Europe will be responsible for team leadership for global improvement organization, continuous CPS development by tools implementation and desired leadership behavior. Moreover for supporting and implementation of improvement efforts on shop floor and management level and training and capability building within Global Operations organization.

The ideal candidate should have higher technical education (Engineering Master degree), 5 years of experience in production (assembly) environment (quality background will be an asset). Moreover he should have experience in Lean implementing on shop floor level (proven track record), in designing production systems and in the project management position (ERP experience will be an advantage). Furthermore he should have ability to communicate in English and Polish (very good written and spoken), should have strong business and analytical skills, forward-thinking and strategic professional with substantial understanding of production processes (strong focus on operations improvements) and excellent leadership/organizational skills (multitasking).
