On behalf of our Client, a Shared Service Centre dedicated to an international company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Improvement Supervisor with English to join our Client’s office based in Łódź.

Main duties on this position will include design, implementation and supervision of process improvements in the area of AP, AR and GL. The role is also responsible for managing a team, organising its work and delegating workloads for its members. The Person will cooperate with a manager and other departments.

We are looking for Candidates with strong analytical, excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluent English, both verbal and in writing, is a must. Lean or Six Sigma knowledge as well as an experience on a similar position would be a great asset.
