For our Client, international company coming from the financial sector, we are currently looking for:

IT / Technical Recruiter

The person hired on this position will be responsible for the whole recruitment process, beginning from diagnosing the need until hiring (initial attraction, to selection, offer and closing). This person will cooperate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to plan and execute recruitment drives and campaigns. The tasks will include sourcing the Candidates via various methods, preparing job descriptions and adverts, interview candidates at all levels, cooperating with other recruiters across EMEA & APAC and building partnership with external suppliers.

We are looking for a person experienced in recruiting (minimum 2 years of experience) in one or more of the following areas: technology, finance and/or IT at mid to senior level with sector knowledge, fluency in English and Polish, good attitude and ability of building business relationships.
