On behalf of our Client, international company, leader in real estate business, we are looking for candidates for the position of Independent Accountant to work in Poznan.
On this position you will be responsible i.e. for Bookkeeping and invoicing for a number of properties, payments processing, monitoring of cash position, reconcile various GL accounts or reconciliation of intercompany balances. Independent Accountant is also responsible for assisting in monthly and quarterly closings including preparation of various reports in the given form and assisting in in the group reporting process, clearing of open items of customers, vendors and GL accounts, ad hoc help to Controlling Department, take part in projects within the Finance Department.
We are looking for Candidates with Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance/Accounting or Economics and min. 2 years of professional experience on the similar position. Candidates for this position should also be familiar with tax issues and tax law, poses excellent knowledge of MS Office and very good command of English. Experience in real estate business or knowledge of MRI will be treated as an additional advantage.
