About our client

Our client is a leading International consulting company specializing in industrial performance and production process optimization. To expand it polish subsidiary and meet the expectations of a growing portfolio of international industrial clients we are currently recruiting 2 industrial performance consultants with the potential to become rapidly responsible for a dedicated business unit.



Job description

Based in Warsaw you will work in teams with colleagues and client staff from a wide variety of business areas to develop innovative manufacturing / supply chain solutions, whilst maintaining a broad perspective.

Working together with other staff from other worldwide Operations Practices to further develop concepts, you will expand your own knowledge and skills. You will bring your own personal ideas and experiences to the job, thereby helping clients to achieve competitive success.



Who we are looking for

This role requires a first experience (min 3 years) in production, engineering or supply chain, project management skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to contribute to the development of the business.

English is a must to be able to liaise with international decision makers based in Poland and / or abroad.

The ability to keep the focus on ambitious targets and the capacity to work under pressure to meet short deadlines is a must.
