Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience within an administrative or customer service related role
- Experience of working within a pressured environment
- Experience/interest in the financial sector
- Experience/interest in information security sector
- Experience of working within a high performing team
- Takes a proactive approach to tasks and is self-motivated
- Copes well under pressure and possesses the ability to prioritise
- Is a strong communicator (written and verbal) at all levels within the company
- Strong client handling skills and is able to raise issues and chase suppliers, departments etc.

Responsibilities:
- Support Information Security team in managing Information Security tasks using Service-Now. This would involve understanding standards we have to meet, how we then identify tasks to be done, implement in Service-Now and support ongoing internal compliance
- Support team in performing operational checks and tickets where required
- Maintain Information Security audit schedule
- Work with internal stakeholders to complete audit tasks and maintain compliance objectives
- Maintain Info Sec Reporting /KPI’s
- Support the team in Information Security Policy administration
- Maintain Info Sec Intranet content
- Maintain ‘out of hours’ and support rotas for team
