This position is responsible for providing operational support for Information Security systems, framework operations and the first line security monitoring activities as well as requires involvement into selected Global Information Security program management activities.
You will have an opportunity to grow and develop within Information Security area that is considered to be one of the most attractive IT specialty today. You will take an active role in the Security Operations team supporting global processes, contributing to projects and influencing the corporate environment, which help you to expand your business acumen and build professional attitude.
- Administer, maintain, and monitor key Information Security platforms that include SSIM, SEP, Websense, IPS and McAfee ePO assuring systems’ stability, reliability, vulnerability and availability
- Under general supervision perform Application and Data (A&D) security monitoring. Assist with the implementation of the category-specific A&D security controls & measures for regulatory compliance
- Assist with measuring and reporting on the A&D security performance to metrics based on the available toolset
- Assess and test necessary infrastructure components against vulnerabilities (e.g. intrusions, viruses, malware, improper content etc.) and support remediation process.
- Works to meet ITSS performance metrics, KPIs and SLOs following procedures & guidelines
- Delivers general security reports based on requests including Internet usage, AD, SAP, VPN, SecureIP, Segregation of Duty, user access lists per site and role content reports
- Under the direction of the HR group, manage identity quality and take necessary actions based on findings (e. g. eliminate inactive identities)
- Technical degree or equivalent experience required
- 2 years of Information Security experience
- Hands-on technical experience required in one or more tools and/or areas: SSIM, Proventia IPS, SEP, EEPC/ePO, Websense, Active Directory, VPN, WAN/LAN, firewalls, Oracle/SQL, UNIX.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Requires strong reporting skills and great attention to detail
- Customer focus with strong communication skills
- Capable of handling complex technical problems
- Ability to adapt to technology change quickly
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrates good communication skills, accuracy, dependability, timeliness and completeness of assigned work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
