Information Security Specialist
Workplace: Kraków

Responsibilities:
- Manage Information Security Infrastructure Services. Lead operations and contributes to run endpoint malware protection activities
- Provide service development support across the design, development and execution of AVM Operations
Be hands-on involved in the work of the group:
- Managing endpoint security service including operations on antivirus, personal firewall, application and change control products
- Strong hand-on experience on McAfee products and solutions for centralized security management and endpoint protection
- In charge of policy and product compliance, implementing and monitoring defined service KPIs, either for internal or external vendors
- Supporting incident and problem management processes with proven technical troubleshooting abilities
- Supporting the transition process from country/regional based services to the global security operations model
- Supporting the implementation of the global security initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors level degree in related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Security with focus on leading security operations;
- Security Certification (CISSP, CISM, GSEC or others)
- Experience with successfully deploying and managing McAfee security solutions, including endpoint protection required
- In-depth knowledge of McAfee VSE, HIPS, ePO required
- Knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL)
- Strong knowledge of IT security standards and practices
- Strong experience in working in work with multicultural global virtual teams
- Willingness to travel within time zone
- Good English language skills, spoken and written
- Ability to communicate information security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical audiences
