Purpose
Provide operational user security administration for infrastructure and applications, including user account administration, authentication and autorized activities.
Monitor user administration and access requests, process the requests, and provide operational user security for infrastructure and applications including account administration, authentication and authorized activities while meeting SLA/SLO guidelines.
- Process identity change, addition, or deletion requests.
- Process access change, addition, or deletion requests for: Active Directory, VPN / RSA, Gatepass, .Net, Greycon, Exchange, Lotus Notes, Gatepass, Blackberry/Wireless and SAP.
- Under the direction of the HR group, manage identity quality and take necessary actions based on findings (e. g. eliminate inactive identities).
- Work to I&AM performance metrics, index and SLAs and follow all IAM procedural guidelines.
- Create and deliver general security reports based on requests including Internet usage, SAP, IT General, Divestiture, VPN, and Segregation of Duties, users access lists per site, Internet usage and role content reports.
- Provide required input for reporting in IAM performance to metrics, index and SLAs.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Technical Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 1 year of Information Security experience preferred.
- Previous IT experience preffered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to adapt to technology change quickly.
- Ability to understand a broad variety of systems.
- Experience in user administration is preferred.
- Prefer hands-on experience with user administration in one or more of the following areas: Windows Active Directory, VPN / RSA, Apriso, Kiwi, .Net, Greycon, XRT, Inbound Faxing, AS400, Active Directory, Mainframe, Notes, Gatepass, MyKeys, RPM and SAP.
