Information System Analyst
Requirements
Required Skills
- Fluent English in both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience in Lightning
- Certificates Required: Administrator, App Builder & Sales Cloud Consultant
- Certificates Preferred: Administrator Advance, Platform Developer 1 & Application Architect
- Experience in one of programming languages – Apex, Java, JavaScript or C#
- Knowledge of ANT and/or Data Loader
- Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL queries
- Knowledge of excel and formulas
- Basic knowledge of ITIL
- Application investigation and troubleshooting background
- Self-handling and self-learning attitude
- Maintain a friendly and cooperation attitude within the team with interdependency “Here to help” attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience working with or as a Business Analysts on client facing projects (internally or externally)
- Previous SCRUM / Agile experience
- Basic knowledge of application security, ODBC connections, information exchange between applications
Travel Requirements
- Applicant could be asked to travel to other office locations for support & training. Travel can be within the applicant's country or externally as the team is located in multiple countries.
Responsibilities
Information Systems Analysist responsible for working within a team to autonomously diagnose and resolve end user requests on internal applications. Role will be responsible for working within Group IT as a representative to Business users processing enhancement requests and day to day problem solving.
