Infrastructure Analyst (French)

The person employed on this position will be mainly responsible for:

• Solving complex technical problems escalated to the Engineer by the monitoring team,
• Working with incidents concerning client's infrastructure in the Unix/ Linux environment, with the use of databases as well as network devices,
• Implementing actions , e.i concerning changes in the IT environment,
• Monitoring over actions taken by the technical teams,
• Reporting about changes in the infrastructure,
• Making sure that deadlines and SLAs are kept.

• Good command of French,
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems,
• Working knowledge about databases and networks,
• Knowledge of technologies: DHCP, DNS, TCP-IP, ssh, http,
• Knowledge of monitoring tools, back-ups,
• Good knowledge of English language will be a plus.
