We are currently looking for an energetic and driven sales super star to join our office in Kraków!
So far, most of our clients have constituted Benelux, UK and US companies, but we are now expanding our client base on the international market. That is where you step in – as our Inside Sales Executive, you will drive the process of new market exploration. We’re an informal company, so this role could be a great chance for someone who’d like to move away from working strictly towards KPIs in a formalized environment.

Your main goal will be to identify potential customers and do everything to inspire their interest in Skelia, mainly via outbound prospecting using different tools (phone, e-mail, etc.)

You will maintain and grow the existing and potential customer base

You will understand that selling is a process and often a long one. We’re looking for someone who knows best clients are usually those, who’ve previously rejected your calls multiple times!

You will be working independently, so at least around 1 year of previous experience in a similar position is a must

This role will involve a lot of phone time. We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid of people, loves chatting to them and is not affected by rejection

We’re an IT company and we’re proud of services we offer to our customers. If you speak ‘tech’ or have previously worked in an IT company, we will certainly consider it a nice bonus

You will be working almost exclusively in English, so you’ll need to have very strong skills in this language and enjoy using it on daily basis
