Requirements
- Fluent English
- Experience in Insurance / Finance – Claims Management process – at least 3 years
- Experience in people management – at least 2 years
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to analyze and identify solution
- Ability to explain, argument and convince
- Ability of taking independent decisions basing on available facts
- Ability of acting independently
- Ability to travel within EU but not only
