This role is created as part of a high performing team of Finance professionals to support the management in delivering transformation projects for the European Close and Control organisation.
The Integration Manager role is key to the success of our transformation projects. Reporting to the Operation and Performance Lead Europe, you are an agile and hands-on finance professional contributing to the integration of new activities into our scope of operation.
- Support and interact with the Operations team
- Monitor and track of projects from initial proposal to full integration
- Review Solution Design, resource allocation, knowledge transfer and travel activities
- Represent the Operations and Performance Lead to review and sign-off project deliverables
- Work closely with the project management teams to ensure successful delivey
- Lead and support the operations team during Knowledge Transfer (KT), Pilot and Go Live period till project exit
- Ensure there is effective issues resolution, customer escalations processes in place via the established governance boards.
- Project issues and risks identified with mitigating actions including revisions to process documentation
- Present and discuss proposals with senior management for approval
- Actively support good team spirit and embed GSK Values and Expectations
What skills and expertise you will bring to the role:
- Basic:
- Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Experience in accounting or controlling operations with proven operational delivery of projects (at least 10 years)
- Experience in finance transformation and project management
- Fluent English (minimum C1)
- Working knowledge of workforce planning, recruitment and stakeholder management
- Leadership skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders, take the lead to resolve situations by proactively proposing solutions
- Excellent organisation skills, ability to plan and manage workload to ensure all key deadlines are met
- Process improvement mind-set
- Preferred:
- Accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Experience in a SOX environment
