Project Description:
You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. You will provide support to a leading bank in the world for their Avaloq application taking a lead support role for the bank.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with Vendor and other teams (especially Release Management and Change Management): fixes, patches, "big" releases, resolving dependencies
- Reporting discovered issues in ServiceNOW!/JIRA, providing logs, possible root causes details, proposing workarounds
- Resolving ServiceNOW! incidents within specified SLA agreements, reviewing and assigning new incidents, keeping SLA level for the whole team
- Lead weekly meetings with the Vendor
- Lead daily team meetings
- Day-to-day problem solving
- Team schedule coordination
- Writing manuals and procedures for day-to-day operations (SharePoint & Wiki) and maintaining existing ones
- New joiner onboarding and mentoring
- Running internal trainings for the team/other teams
