Intercompany Accountant
Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Performing Intercompany billing: raising pro-forma invoices, issuing invoices and credit notes
- Creating projects and contracts
- Preparing revenue accruals
- Preparing, sending out and confirming intercompany statements with counterparties – ensure timely and accurate intercompany balances confirmation with all JLL entities, supported by relevant documentation
- Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
- Ensuring that corporate policies and procedures, statutory and SOX requirements are implemented and complied
- Ensuring that Intercompany issues are owned and resolved in line with the Intercompany Policies and Service Level Agreement
- Being the first point of contact for intercompany related issues for all EFC teams, local and regional finance
Requirements:
- Very good spoken and written English
- Very good Excel skills
- At least 2 years of experience at the same or similar job position
- Good knowledge of accounting rules and aspects of intercompany process
- Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and handle a number of tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft or other ERP package is an advantage
