Job description:
- Responsible for providing effective and efficient HR support to the organization
- Conduct internal and external recruitment activities as required by business needs, advising on sourcing strategy, job posting, selection of final candidates, job offer and on-boarding
- Manage business partnering, learning & development, recruitment, motivational and talent tools
- Support the managers in delivering effective performance, talent and career management processes
- Complete implementation and standardization of all HR processes within the local entity
- Build and implement leadership competency frameworks and models
- Consult and understand Learning & Development needs across business units
- Identify and recommend appropriate solutions to drive people development
- Coordinate headcount reporting, salary reviews, development planning and coaching
Who we are looking for:
- Master''s Degree in HR, Business or Management
- Strong HR generalist experience gained in a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating as a HR Manager with proven track record in meeting high standards in demanding environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish immediately the necessary credibility through all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local labor law as well as compensation & benefits structures
- Fluency in English is a must
