On behalf of our Client, a dynamically growing international company we are currently looking for an
Interim Packaging Development Engineer with fluent English.

The job is a challenging combination of Business, Technical and People. The role demands packaging development knowledge as well as strong project management skills.

The main responsibilities of the successful Candidate will be: project management of packaging development in cross-functional teams from idea scoping until final implementation in factories and working for complex projects with global scope.

The Candidate will be responsible for packaging development and implementation in production lines, packaging processes and cost optimization, project planning , budget planning, risk management, turnovers and implementation of the short and long term objectives.

The ideal Candidate has min. 3 years of working experience on packaging development/packaging implementation in an FMCG or Pharma company from idea to full implementation in production lines and has relevant education in packaging related fields (Engineering, Packaging Technology, Industrial Design or Packaging Materials). Furthermore, the chosen candidate needs to have excellent communication and influencing skills (from the Factory floor to the board), entrepreneurial spirit, experience in project management of complex projects and be outstanding team player.
