Our client is a global leader of its sector of activities. The company's head quarter in Warsaw is responsible for development of the company presence in Central & Eastern Europe. Due to launching their activities in new countries of the region they are seeking to recruit an experienced and business oriented professional for the newly created position of a Senior Commercial Finance Manager for Poland, Central Europe and Baltics.

During first 6-12 months the successful candidate will be employed on interim management scheme. The company will strongly consider hiring the chosen candidate on permanent position afterwards.

Opis stanowiska

Be a business partner for the company Management Board, including CEE Chief Financial Officer in managing the company's financial and business performance in Poland and Central Europe countries
Provide up-to-date information on the company's business results, KPIs, cash flow and P&L
Proactively identify issues on company management and performance and prepare appropriate recommendations
Provide support for sales strategy and decision-making for key contracts and clients to ensure appropriate revenues and margins
Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning process
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the company's financial, business and tax reporting
Develop directly and indirectly reporting teams

Kogo szukamy

ACCA / CIMA qualifications
Approximately 8-10 years of professional experience in finance including accounting and commercial finance areas in an international environment
Sound knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
Profound experience in budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, cash flow management and reporting (IFRS)
Strong problem solving and decision making skills, proven ability to deliver innovate customer focused solutions
Self-starter able to learn quickly and organize time effectively
Strong communication skills, open-minded, capable to adapt to changing and demanding environment
Team management skills
Fluency in Polish and English
