Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Prepare monthly costs and expenses summaries
- Analytical review of costs accounts
- Prepare comparisons of actual vs forecasts on selected cost accounts
- Calculate and book accruals
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Raising, routing and managing invoice exceptions process with business vendor
- Handling with customer's requests
- Very good English (written & spoken)
- Spanish nice to have
- Experience in accounting will be a big advantage
- Availability to work for at least 25h/week
- Students or absolvents with focus on finance, accounting or banking
- Very good Excel and Word skills
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
