As AP Intern, you will support our Clients in Accounts Payable process. Mostly, you will:
- Prepare reconciliation between supplier statements and client’s database
- Review the quality of the bookings made in our system
- Maintain permanent contact with different stakeholders
- Prepare reports according to process documentation and within agreed timelines
- Support AP team in their daily queries and analysis
- Communicative English (min. B2)
- Good command of Spanish or Portuguese would be an asset
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferably Good Excel skills
- Availability to work in 2nd shift min. 25/30 hours per week
- Paid Civil contract
