Intern in Communication

Position structure

• This position belongs to Department of Communication & CSR Region CEMEX Europe

• Planning, coordination and implementation internal and external communication activities eg. Employee newsletter preparation, communication materials preparation, co-organization meetings eg. Roadshows,
• Communication campaigns for the European Region
• Internal communication tools supervision,
• Photo & video session coordination,
• Support COMM employees in communication activities (H&S, CSR),
• Coordination for global & regional corporate communication projects,
• Co-prodution promotional & informational materials for internal and external customers,
• Creating positive stories – production within a specific budget,
• Co-organization company events,
• Co-administration of social media channels,
• Cooperation with subcontractors eg. Graphical, PR, media agencies and another company stakeholders.

• Experience in creating, redaction, editing or text correction are welcomed,
• Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing,
• Good knowledge of the use of MS Office programs,
• Readiness for business trips.

• Simultaneous leading a large number of projects with high priority for the company,
• The need of quick response to events in the company,
• Selection of communication tools adequate to the situation and needs.
• Day to day delivery communications activities,
• focus on the implementation of tasks and achieving the set goals,
